Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!!!

Today is the Solemnity of the Nativity of Our Lord. As we celebrate the birth of the Christ Child, we should thank Him for the sacrifice He made for us. Of course, the Passion was the ultimate sacrifice, but imagine: God the Son spent some 33 years here on Earth. He gave up sitting on His throne next to the Father for a manger amongst animals. Yet in His sacrifice we have great joy. We rejoice because His birth made our redemption possible.

Hodie Christus natus est!
